I have deposited fund into my account on the 22 Jan 2026. The money is not appearing or allocated to my satrix account. I called, send emails and spoke to agents over the phone. I did not get help, this looks very suspicious. I don't know where my money is, and the agent that gave me his email, is no where to be found, I was told he no more works there. Please sort out my account before end of business. Otherwise I will escalate the matter to ombuds. Is this day ******* from the Investment company?

I invested with an agent called Grace Ndlovu and she promise me that I will receive my profit in two days. She said I must register on this website https://stxinvestment.com of whish I did. When it was time for withdrawal she said I must contact Arabella Mbally who will guide me on how to withdraw directly to my account. She guided me and said I will receive a notification email. Later in I receive an email saying I must pay R8000 for red withdrawal. How can that happen? I invested R2000 now I must pay R8000. This is a ****! I don't even have that kind of money

Staff does not care, at least the personnel on the call centre. A big hassle to withdraw. Request for information and follow up received with staff that does not care. I am asking for telephone recordings, but nothing received after a week. Seems like the people working the call centre does not care and the personnel to sort out hick-ups are not schooled properly.

We approached Satrix intending to invest over R22 million, but after 33 days of endless delays and shockingly poor service, we decided to walk away. The account opening process was unnecessarily complicated and dragged on without resolution. Out of frustration, we began researching Satrix’s reputation and found countless negative reviews online ranging from clients unable to withdraw their funds to others who simply could not reach customer support. This confirmed what we were already experiencing: a company that shows no respect or care for its customers. By contrast, Allan Gray had us fully onboarded and invested within just five days professional, efficient, and customer-focused.
