I invested with an agent called Grace Ndlovu and she promise me that I will receive my profit in two days. She said I must register on this website https://stxinvestment.com of whish I did. When it was time for withdrawal she said I must contact Arabella Mbally who will guide me on how to withdraw directly to my account. She guided me and said I will receive a notification email. Later in I receive an email saying I must pay R8000 for red withdrawal. How can that happen? I invested R2000 now I must pay R8000. This is a ****! I don't even have that kind of money
I am so gatvol with these two companies! My services is supposed to expire on the 29 March 2025 but they already cut if off on the 28th already. I called Home-Connect to check and they confirmed that it is supposed to expire on the 29 March 2025. They told me they logged a call with Vumatel Ref: 00572530 but up till now no one contacted me or whatsoever. Their service its bad and I will never recommend anyone to use their services. I can't struggle like this all the time.
Guys I am so sick of this company. I've been down since the 5th February 2025 up till now. Yesterday they said they will send a Technician to come and have a look and when I called them they told me another story. My service expires on the 27th February which is next week and I know they will cut it off where as I've never been connected from the the 5th till today. I will never advise even my worst enemy to use their services, it is so disgusting!!
I am soo livid with their service. They keep promising they will log a call with Vuma to come and check my line but up till now. I've been down from the 05th February 2025 to date still no help from either of them. All they do is to keep promising that someone will contact you and nothing happens after that. Another funny thing they doing who ever calls you, after the call he will ask you to please rate his service as number 5 as if your issue has been resolved. I am sick of this and won't advice anyone to use them, they are servuce is disgusting!!
They still have not resolved my Internet connection issue, from the 5th Feb to date. Their service it's so disgusting!!

I am so not happy with this store I regret taking a washing machine from them! They are so heartless! I was admitted in hospital and their consultant Thandi kept sending me messages while in hospital asking for money. I hate that Protea Gardens branch I even called the manager explaining my situation and he told me that they will collect the washing machine as I have missed this one month payment. How can they be so inconsiderate? I regret taking their stuff and won't advise anyone to buy from Lewis ever! They are the DEVILS with no HUMANITY!!
I don't have network since the 05th February 2025 to date. I've been calling and sending whatsapp messages but till today nothing is happening its still off. This is bad service and I don't recommend anyone to use their services.
This Trading company is a ****mer. They promised me to withdraw my profit after 24 hours and when the time comes they asked me to pay them before I can withdraw, of which I did asked before and they said I won't have to pay for withdrawal.
Home connect is useless. They can't offer you help anytime you need it but they quick to cut off your services if you've missed payment for only a day . I think I must look for another service provider
