No payout. I have requested in Beginning December pay out after shares was sold. After the fund was made available , and no payment option appeard. i Read all the FAQ i could not find the error. i send support request but no clear answer, IMORTANT IS IS NOTED THAT IT WILL TAKE TO 5 BUSSNESS DAYs to respond. No clear message was displayed on the control. It shows bank was verifies but no clear error message. At last i notice a general blue notice shows routine diligence is sometimes done. I call and send again. I had to advice them of the message./ They responded after 5 daysi have to proof where the funds is coming from. I responded with the documentation and general info. So now after a month i still has no funds and even the email of sanalam is bouning back. Pathetic Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: Satrix Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) (udl@satrixnow.co.za) The email address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's email address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your email admin.

On a day I purchased Satrix 40 ETF for almost R 200,000 and their system repeated the SAME PURCHASE FOR EXACTLY THE SAME PURCHASE FOR SATRIX 40 ETF which I find completely unacceptable! On the very same day it repeated TWO PURCHASES FOR EXACTLY THE SAME SAME PURCHASE AMOUNT FOR SATRIX MSCI WHICH I FIND BIZARRE AND UN-ACCEPTBLE!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, I tried to withdraw funds from my Satrix40 funds and once cleared I duly attempted to transfer these funds to my personal bank account. Well they’re sold the investment funds and they are in my Satrix taxable investment but I cannot withdraw these funds as they’re locked. The reason apparently is that because the funds originate from a debit order to my bank account, I have to wait 40 days. *** They maintain this is to prevent *****. In addition, this is the first I’ve heard of this new rule. At no time was I advised that this rule would be implemented. So essentially my funds are not immediately available as they claim. I’ll now have to cancel my debit order and manually transfer my investment in future.

My experience with this platform has been disappointing and far from beginner-friendly. There are several alternatives in the market that offer a significantly better customer service experience. Interactions with consultants have been frustrating, as many resort to using copy-and-paste responses rather than addressing the issue directly or offering meaningful assistance. I was informed that I would need to wait 40 days to access my funds. However, even after the 40-day period had passed, I was still unable to withdraw them. Despite contacting both the help desk and the complaints department, I have not received any effective support. I was advised by a consultant, Lorraine, to cancel my recurring investment, which I promptly did. Unfortunately, SATRIX continued to debit my account even after the cancellation was processed. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I’ve received and cannot recommend this platform based on my experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Satrix regarding my account, which was placed on hold as of the 26th of February 2025. Despite my repeated efforts to resolve the matter, I encountered constant delays, vague reassurances, and a lack of meaningful assistance. I was unable to withdraw my funds during a period of poor stock market performance. The delay caused me to miss critical opportunities to mitigate these losses, which were entirely avoidable had Satrix acted with urgency and efficiency. Customer care was unhelpful throughout this ordeal. I was redirected from one agent to another without any progress or clear communication. Despite being promised by the compliance team on the 10th of March 2025 that my issue would be resolved within a couple of days, seven days passed without any resolution. The only way I managed to resolve this issue was by refusing to end a call until my matter was addressed. After waiting three weeks with no progress, it became clear that no one had been working on my query during that time. Shockingly, I was only asked to submit additional information yesterday—something that could have been requested weeks ago. This highlights sheer negligence on Satrix’s part, as the matter was ultimately resolved within one day once I demanded action. This experience has demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism, efficiency, and respect for their clients. I cannot recommend Satrix and urge potential investors to exercise caution as this institution's service is dismally poor.
