West Coast Properties Stands: not true reflection: Erf:6855

West Coast Properties came to Johannesburg to sell the Cape town site (saint Helena & Shelly point). I paid R40 000.00 deposit for stand 6855 which I was told that the approval will be in two months from the day of the payment. The contract stipulates that should I cancel I will forfeit R10 000.00 for andministration. The deal was approved in a month, I've decided to go and view the site and I was not happy the site was different to what they were selling and I cancelled the contract. I was told that the deed is now with the attorney's (Saunderson & due plessis) Mr Jacques. I've tried to get my R30 000.00 refund but no luck and I was told that I would not get it and if I pursue I will end up paying for the full amount of R399 000.00. Kindly assist this is a rip off.
