West Coast Properties Stands: not true reflection: Erf:6855
West Coast Properties came to Johannesburg to sell the Cape town site (saint Helena & Shelly point). I paid R40 000.00 deposit for stand 6855 which I was told that the approval will be in two months from the day of the payment. The contract stipulates that should I cancel I will forfeit R10 000.00 for andministration. The deal was approved in a month, I've decided to go and view the site and I was not happy the site was different to what they were selling and I cancelled the contract. I was told that the deed is now with the attorney's (Saunderson & due plessis) Mr Jacques. I've tried to get my R30 000.00 refund but no luck and I was told that I would not get it and if I pursue I will end up paying for the full amount of R399 000.00. Kindly assist this is a rip off. Pharmacy direct failing to deliver and failing to take responsibility
Time and time again I'm sending emails, calling these people because I am left days without medications because of their incompetence. I am constantly calling, right now my meds have not been delivered. Three days ago I had to call because I had run out and they promised to roll it out as urgent but I'm yet to receive it which basically means I have not been medicating because PD fails us. Why we are forces to rely on PD is beyond me because clearly they don't know what they are doing. If one dies because of this they can really expect a law suit on their hands. These people are taking our lives for granted, I have really had it with this nonsense. Somebody better take responsibility for this.
