On Wednesday 05/01/2021 Time around 16:00 I was doing groceries at Kwathema Brakpan Save Moor Cash&Carry Cashier Lerato Makgalemele Work force Cashier she was assisting a customer the till was giving her a problems the slip was not coming out. We waited almost 10 minutes for that to be fixed. It was our turn the system couldn't pop out the slip again. Lerato called for assistance, She was assisted by Lebo Maboki. Because now I'm standing no update or notice. I asked how long is this going to take Lebo said she doesn't know. That statement on its own terrified me. I said you are working with this you can't say you don't know. She said she's just assisting she's not a technician. With that she was like she was doing me a favor.
I asked for the manager Jason Grove General Manager came in I explained the matter. He was so rude in such a way that I couldn't stand him. I asked for head office number. He said what for they don't have a head office if I have a problem I should wright him an email. It was like I was wasting his time.
He refused to give me the Head Office number or of the person he reports to. Walking away throwing his hand off for me saying he will never give me. I went to him and asked him what is he saying. "He said I said I'll never give you the number and walked away. The lady by the Name of Winnie was around. I asked her head Office number or of the person the General Manager is reporting to. She said" if the General Manager couldn't assist you who am i, I don't know the head office number or of the Boss He's reporting to and walked away too.
I was thinking that was it. When we got to the Door we're they normally check the slips. Another problem. The green Chillies was coded with the code of Green pepper's price. They took that Green chillies and came back and said it is fixed. I can go. I never got the price difference.
Been tired of standing there and talking I just walked out. I wish this matter to be attended and be investigated. We don't deserve such treatment from the people whom we hoping we will get a better service from them.
