Cashiers terrible service

Save on Pietermaritzburg on Pietermaritz street I had a terrible service cashiers are old and not energetic they are very slow and have got attitude they busy with the cell phones and others are just standing and not assisting.i asked them why they give such a terrible service they advised only one till point is working and even that one is slow.
