Unhappy participant

If there was a 0 rating I definitely would rate that this company is a total **** please don't even waste your time, I kept snapping receipts for like a whole year just to get to one hundred rands, they accepted the receipts, when it was time to claim they came up with an excuse saying I did not snap my own receipts because of the reward card names, mind you I use my family member's cards when I cannot find mine, we all misplace things sometimes,. Save yourself time cause they will come up with excuses that don't make sense.
