This is a **** online shop. Prices are too good to be true and most of us are ****ed. The website was removed, the email contact is a gmail account and removed. The whatsup business nu only rings without answer and no respond to message reply. The business adres is in Krugersdorp and pins to a shopping mall with no business name related in the area. I am furious that banks, Facebook, and social platforms can allow these online ****mers to get away and then the banks just tell you no reversal can be done. Also bought a loadshedding inverter with promises to deliver. 3 x times no show as promised. They need a kick in the *****. Any advise as this will happen again. Website always look legit with all types of payment credentials...assholes.

This is a ****. They have been using my name in their customer support emails. I have zero affiliation with this store. Please do not buy from them as you, just like dozens of others, will not receive the order.

I ordered a product from this company on 4th May. It has still not been delivered. I sent an email to their Support email and got no response. I just keep receiving new emails that my delivery will take place, the last one for the 26th May. In between I received an email that if my product was not delivered I would be refunded my full R1999.00. Well, to date, I have not received either. This company looks valid with their website, but there is no telephone number and no response from Support and when you track your parcel, it is still processing. I have now decided that this Company is a ****!!! The delivery email is signed by: Regards, Warrick Kernes. Smart Store, Delivery Team.

I‘m in the same boat as all previous comments - ordered rechargeable sensor lights on 26 April and never received them. Emails go unanswered. No Telephone Number on website. Have been receiving numerous delivery notes but no lights ever delivered. Definitely a ****. Warning everyone: do not order there!!!
