I was involved in an accident 2016, the insurance take my car to the panelbeaters after 3months, they claim to be liquidated. The panelbeaters claim 169000 wich I made a loan of 100 000 and needed assistance to VW as well because they were the one recommended that insurance to me on the day I bought the car, I've been using that insurance since 2014. I made the claims, they promised to reinburse me, it's 2021 I'm still waiting, I can't get hold of them. I'm still driving the car that was refinanced by VW. I'm still paying the installment since 2014

i have been a loyal customer paying my insurance premiums for about two years on my polo vivo 2015 model in July 2016 there was a major flood that occurred in Durban Mount Edgecombe areas and my vehicle was effected and written off the insurance Saxum had taken my car and put in storage called ace auto which my car was there for over two months due to them dealing with the claim the claim had no way forward as they had excuses that they were being liquidated and had to go to court, I was left stranded with a car I was paying for but was laying in storage and my insurance had no way of coming to any conclusion I have been sending hundred mails and calls following up on my case I have been running and posting forms upon forms for claims I eventually took a loan which I am in dept of now of R45 000 which I have invoices for that I had to pay R12000 to get my car out of storage further on paid R35000 to get my car back to driving condition to resale it to settle the bank which I did , until today 20/10/2017 I have no feedback from saxum indicating the way forward I am left clueless and don’t know what to do the balance owing to me is R59 000 and I have documentation and proof of all my transactions and how I am trying to get some closure on my claim this has left me with a huge dept which I am paying off and I feel as if I have been robbed by my insurance please can I get some advice on the way forward I have even gone threw ombudsman and still have no received the help I need .
