Sarah Did not deliver as promised

Say Yes events was supposed to cater for my childs one year party on 07 November 2015. There was enough communication of what I wanted and images was even communicated and agreed on. The day of the party she did not deli8ver even though I paid R7800 and I feel the service she gave me was worth R3500. The cake was wet and she blames it on me that I was not supposed to use it for the party I was supposed to keep it in the house.. She promised a themed party of sponge bob and not the colours and she provided colours. she promised to give me an arch which I also paid for but I never received it. on the quite she was supposed to give me hot dogs but she gave yogurt. she promised hats, masks and a balloon for each child I never received. She refunded me 3000 however I still want a refund for the cake and my deposit. all pictures and invoice is available.
