SAYES Petfood Distributors - Poor Service Order Order 36828

I have ordered dog food from SAYES, on the 2nd of May 2023. I registered various queries with SAYES, concerning my order, but they simply don't reply, I also phoned them, and they promised to get back to me, but no-one has called me, to provide status on when I can expect delivery.

This is simply not acceptable.
