<p>Online based company. Promise delivery within 5-10 working days</p> <p> </p> <p>I placed my order on 17/06/2017 and paid for it. On 21/06/2017 I requested the tracking details for delivery. Tracy confirmed receipt of the order and advised that standard processing time is 5-10 working days. (4 days have already passed)</p> <p>On 06/07/2017 I followed up again (now 11 days since my previous follow-up). Tracy again, immediately confirmed that they have received my order from the manufacturer and that it would be sent off the next day for delivery nd that I should be receiving it the following Monday or Tuesday.</p> <p>On 12/07/2017 still nothing received and followed up again - Tracy again, replied on 18/07/2017 only stating they had courier and quality problems, promising a gift as an apology with my delivery which should go out by the end of the following week. She offered a refund, but I said that I will wait till the next week for delivery.</p> <p>By 24/07/2017 I still have not received anything and I followed up again - no response. Followed up again on 31/07/2017 and Tracy again, responded on 02/08/2017 - new excuse was that they are having endless emails and website problems. She added that she would check and revert back. </p> <p>On 03/08/2017 I requested that she contact me telephonically as their office number does not work.</p> <p>Today 04/08/2017, still nothing. Worst online shopping experience ever! Extremely poor service and still no product received.</p>
