<p>Say what? Say What Active wear? You provide a service? What is that exactly? My nightmare began the day I placed an order on 3 July 2017. Admittedly my first follow up to Tracy had no grounding as they did say up to 10 working days on their website. BUT NOW? Over a month later!! And what has ensued can only be described as absolutely disgusting. I have sent ENDLESS emails and messages to their Facebook page. Complete ignorance. Absolute disregard for my stress. Then, on Monday 7th August, I took to social media to lay a complaint. And low and behold on Tuesday 8th August I get an email from Tracy. WOW. Amazing. The email was a pathetic excuse after excuse. I wrote back immediately demanding my order and questions answered...and guess what? IGNORANCE! No reply to date. I have since sent two more short emails demanding a reply. This company is a disgrace and does not know how to operate. I cannot believe how a "start up" company treats a customer like this. And I told Tracy MANY times that if they just bothered to communicate with customers REGULARLY and HONESTLY this could have all been avoided! Things do and can happen, yes. That's life....BUT JUST COMMUNICATE REGULARLY. Because of the way they have treated me and many others I see, I have no trust or belief in anything they have said. All I want is what I ordered! Is it too much to ask for? And if that wasn't enough, I finally succumed and sent my banking details demanding a refund over TWO weeks ago. I was then sent a message saying "your refund is in the payment batch tomorrow"....that was on 3rd August......guess that was another lie hey Tracy? So, in closing, their email on 8th August said I will get my order next week. With a free vest. LOL. I cannot wait to see how this charade continues......Oh, and I'm still blocked on their Facebook page now and their telephone number on the website still doesn't work. Go figure. </p>

<p>Online based company. Promise delivery within 5-10 working days</p> <p> </p> <p>I placed my order on 17/06/2017 and paid for it. On 21/06/2017 I requested the tracking details for delivery. Tracy confirmed receipt of the order and advised that standard processing time is 5-10 working days. (4 days have already passed)</p> <p>On 06/07/2017 I followed up again (now 11 days since my previous follow-up). Tracy again, immediately confirmed that they have received my order from the manufacturer and that it would be sent off the next day for delivery nd that I should be receiving it the following Monday or Tuesday.</p> <p>On 12/07/2017 still nothing received and followed up again - Tracy again, replied on 18/07/2017 only stating they had courier and quality problems, promising a gift as an apology with my delivery which should go out by the end of the following week. She offered a refund, but I said that I will wait till the next week for delivery.</p> <p>By 24/07/2017 I still have not received anything and I followed up again - no response. Followed up again on 31/07/2017 and Tracy again, responded on 02/08/2017 - new excuse was that they are having endless emails and website problems. She added that she would check and revert back. </p> <p>On 03/08/2017 I requested that she contact me telephonically as their office number does not work.</p> <p>Today 04/08/2017, still nothing. Worst online shopping experience ever! Extremely poor service and still no product received.</p>

<p>I ordered a hoodie and some other clothing items worth over a R1000. They promise to deliver within 5-10 working days. I have contacted this company for a tracking number (and sent about 5 mails about it), finally they gave me a tracking number which was invalid. The tracking number did not exist. I then mailed this company again and a woman named Tracy replied eventually saying they are very sorry but they had problems with the first and second batch of orders and that their courier company lost their first order etc. WHich was fine, I told her that I understand that things can happen and she promised me that I would have the correct tracking number before that week was out. Well, that week came and went, and I sent multiple emails and facebook messages to them asking for my order or at least a refund, but no one has responded. They simply just delete any of my comment on their facebook page, without even trying to help me or commenting back. They have a contact number on their site, which I tried calling as well but the number is not going through, it just says call failed.</p> <p>I am very upset that this company stole my money and that they are ignoring me and not making an effort to help a customer.</p> <p>If they would have just replied to any of my messages, I wouldn't be so angry about this whole situation.</p> <p>They are steailing money from people and comitting fraud!</p>

JUL 6TH, 11:04AM. On Friday 14 july I mailed them again and got the folowing: Your order went out today, if you would prefer a refund please send banking details and I can get the courier to return it to me. We are definitely not a scam. On the 18th I requested again and got this response: Good day Magda, Apologies for the delay, we have had a nightmare with our first batch, we had one batch go missing with the couriers and then had to get the second batch redone due to an error on print. We will be including a gift as an apology and your order should go out by the end of the week. Should you prefer a refund please could you let me know. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Today 24 July Nothing yet, so please be warned</p>

<p>I ordered an item from this online shop "SayWhat! Activewear" on the 12th of July. I received receipt of my order and thats it. On the 17th of July I followed up as to if my parcel has been dispatched and only recieved feedback, the next day from Tracey which is acceptbale, she explained that they had some issues however they are sorted and that my order would be dispatched by the end of last week 21/07/17. The 20th I emailed to follow up (since the number on the website just rings). Up to date no feedback and the landline again not answered or stays engaged, no repsonse to my email. I am not sure what is going on and if someone maybe experienced the same issue as I am now. I wish they would give me some feedback as to when I can recieve my shipment.</p>
