I bought a bed at Lewis Stores in Hoog Straat Oudtshoorn, however not satisfied with the product, I paid for a brand new bed and what was delivered to me is most certainly not new, the actual mattress has fluff all over it and the base looks like someone took a piece of material and covered it up. This has been reported to Lewis head office as well as Olivia and Adrian at the specific store in Oudtshoorn. No one is getting back to me and this level of service and lack thereof is unacceptable. I need someone senior to contact Trudie Viviers on 0826897478 to sort this out. A refund is required OR A NEW BED as this is what was paid for.
I went to Pep Stores on the 7th of May in Odendalsrus to exchange a mobile I bought. I bought the mobile from Pep Stores in Oudtshoorn and have re-located to Odendalsrus thus for going to this branch to exchange. Motso the manager at this store advised me that "SORRY YOU CAN DRIVE BACK TO OUDTSHOORN FOR EXCHANGE, I WILL NOT ASSIST YOU AS I AM NOT ALLOWED TOO. This is totally unacceptable and not true, any pep branch should be able to assist, I expect that this store assists me or PEP head office will be contacted, staff (especially a manager) shouldn't be in this position if they can't work with people, absolutely disgusting!!!!!
My mother Trudie bought a KIC fridge from this shop in OK in Hoogstraat Oudtshoorn - when they delivered the fridge was bumped and scratched. After numerous attempts of struugling they replaced the fridge, however the new KIC freezer rubbers were not working and pulling away from the sides. After another struggle, they replaced the fridge once again, this time the rubbers on both freezer and fridge were not sealing properly causing all the food placed in the fridge and freezer going off costing extra money to replace. This needs to be seen too, why charge a customer full price and after 3 replacements it is still not in a good working condition? Please give Terrence a call on ********** and arrange replacement for the 4th time and please make sure this is a brand new fridge, which customer paid for - if this is not seen to, i will be reported this to OK head office and tell family and friends not to support this shop. Shocking customer service and giving people broken stuff reflects a very bad light on your shop and management.
Trudie Charmaine Viviers purchased brand new cupboards from Russels in Kerk Street, Oudtshoorn, however the cupboards are in terrible condition - she asked Russels to replace, however they are refusing, she paid for new items and these items seems to be second hand. Please contact her on ********** 478 and get it sorted, please replace her cupboards. She supports the shop and this is what they do, very disappointing - full of excuses.
We went to De Dekke on New Year’s Day (1 Jan 2019) for a few drinks and something to eat. Being this time of year they were very busy and we were informed that food orders might take up to an hour which was fine and we accepted. Our food order was placed at 15:00pm, by 17:00pm food had still not arrived, when we asked management at about 16:00 we were told it’s on the way, however by 17:00pm no food. They refunded us however this was not a good experience at all. At first we wanted pizza and they couldn’t assist as they had no cheese and then we order food , swop tables with people and they get their food first, however ordered after us? Poor service and won’t recommend this place to friends and family again. All we wanted was to enjoy a good meal with family on our holiday and it turned out in a bad experience. De Dekke needs to prepare themselves knowing the busy time of the year.
Sand which baron online orders - Boksburg North rand Road - Placed and order at 11:45am, now 13:10pm, still have not received my sandwich and salad - phoned and spoke to the manager, Titan at this store, who was very cheeky and proceeded to tell me well sorry they are very busy and that i should have been informed which i was not - POOR SERVICE, to say the least - I will not pay for my order, should it be received today still.
On Sunday 18 Feb 2018 we bought lamb chops from Checkers Elridge Corner, when we got home, we noticed that the meat was actually rotten, it was the worst smell ever and it has a slime layer on top of the meat. We took it back and Checkers kindly refunded us as well as replaced the meat with a "fresh" pack, as per the manager at the store, the meat we orignally bought was old meat and was not taken off the shelve. We took the new meat home and it was in the fridge the whole time. I was about to cook the meat when I noticed that it had the exact same smell/look as the previous packet which Checkers replace and refunded. I threw the meat away, cause I will not even give it to my dogs. This is not the 1st time we have bought rotten meat from this store, I will not buy meat again from Checkers Elridge.
On Monday at 17:45pm we ordered from Fishaways. 30 min later we phoned and still no food, the driver was on his way, hour later we phoned again, store stating again that driver is on his way. The driver pitched at 19:30pm with our food, and to put the cherry top, it was the complete wrong order. If we did not pay online, I would not have paid fishaways as it is absolute service failure and getting the order wrong, seriously. Very disappointed.
