Thank you so very much to Kate who works for ScanPlan. I had a problem with the gift card I won from them and sent a message via Facebook messenger on a Saturday and she spoke to their marketing contact and promised by Monday she will follow up and she did. She sent me a message before I asked that my card was reactivated again and that if I experience more problems with it, I should contact her immediately. I am so happy to receive a top class service.
