Worse dress/fashion designer and customer service

We got married (ceremony) September in Bali. About 2 months before then I had a dress made by Amoré from Scarlett Red Boutique. I then came with a photo/idea and she assured me that she could make the dress, we immediately made the entire payment. From there it was just drama. She couldn't deliver at all, first she couldn't make the dress because my breasts were too big, then the dress was too short, then too tight. But when i go for a fitting, she talks about her own wedding and personal life in such a way that she throws people off, at home I realize how unhappy I am with the dress and took her on, she immediately said without any hesitation that she kept the dress and then give us 25% back 😨 that was not an option at all. She has a 75% non refundable policy that we didn't know about. We decided that we had to trust her that she could fix the dress. The day we fly was so rushed I couldn't fit the dress! She promised me the dress is ready now. Just to arrive in bali the day before the ceremony and the dress is disgusting. We had to scramble for a dress. After much sadness, unhappiness, anger and fighting! She paid back 25%, she is going to fix the dress she couldn't do for me and sell it then she will pay back the rest. Because we are looking for a full refund. It's been months now! I fight but she is stubborn and not really sorry. My wedding day was SAD
