Worse dress/fashion designer and customer service
We got married (ceremony) September in Bali. About 2 months before then I had a dress made by Amoré from Scarlett Red Boutique. I then came with a photo/idea and she assured me that she could make the dress, we immediately made the entire payment. From there it was just drama. She couldn't deliver at all, first she couldn't make the dress because my breasts were too big, then the dress was too short, then too tight. But when i go for a fitting, she talks about her own wedding and personal life in such a way that she throws people off, at home I realize how unhappy I am with the dress and took her on, she immediately said without any hesitation that she kept the dress and then give us 25% back 😨 that was not an option at all. She has a 75% non refundable policy that we didn't know about. We decided that we had to trust her that she could fix the dress. The day we fly was so rushed I couldn't fit the dress! She promised me the dress is ready now. Just to arrive in bali the day before the ceremony and the dress is disgusting. We had to scramble for a dress. After much sadness, unhappiness, anger and fighting! She paid back 25%, she is going to fix the dress she couldn't do for me and sell it then she will pay back the rest. Because we are looking for a full refund. It's been months now! I fight but she is stubborn and not really sorry. My wedding day was SAD

Amazing service, value for money and quality
My wedding dress was made by Scarlett Red Boutique and it was the most amazing service. Friendly, professional and efficient. Quality is never compromised. I’ve never shopped anywhere else since.

Amazing service, value for money and quality
My wedding dress was made by Scarlett Red Boutique and it was the most amazing service. Friendly, professional and efficient. Quality is never compromised. I’ve never shopped anywhere else since.

I took a dress in to Scarlett Red Boutique, 5 weeks ago that belonged to my late sister so this dress means a lot to me, to do some changes as she claims she is a designer of clothing, I popped in last week to see how far my Mother of the Bride dress is coming along, they only did unpicking and did the bodice piece that I requested, i was quite horrified at how little was done, then she said I should not be concerned, it will all be ok, she contacted me on Monday to come for a fitting on the 31 March 2021, she did the buttons on the back and the loops, my daughter was with me and we could not close the buttons and the workmanship was so shoddy that my soul was crushed, and she kept on saying I am over reacting and putting the blame on me, she has no people skills at all, and basically told me because I was a walk in I an second best, compared to her regular clients, the diamanté that was suppose to go on the bodice was plastic and as big as raisins, with a dress that has delicate glass beading on chiffon, and then we said ok remove the loops and buttons and only have one button on the top, and the button she suggested to use is a button for school blazers. How crazy is that. I left her shop devastated to my core and lost all confidence in her that I don’t even want to wear the dress anymore, i sent her a message to tell her my daughter will collect it as all my trust in her was gone. She then sent me a message that she can’t understand my problem and bible bashing me. So please warn people out there she is not who she says she is, and she was only prepared to give me R400 voucher even after I paid her R900-00. This is so heart breaking that people out there do this to the innocent.

Very positive feedback
An amazing store and an amazing shopping experience. The staff are very professional and helpful and the clothes are absolutely amazing. A must for the ladies that want to spoil themselves and feel great, and a must for the gentleman that want to spoil the special ladies in their lives!

Best service and quality garments. I got a custom made outfit and it was delivered much sooner than I expected and the quality was amazing I’d refer Scarlet Rose to anyone looking for the perfect outfit
