Scentiago perfume is scamming their customers

I bought several perfumes on the website on 9 November 2021. They advised the following day that 2 of the perfumes ordered were sold out and that they would refund the R1000.00 but it would take 7 days. They wanted my banking details. After several requests they only refunded R500.00 the other R500.00 is still to date 24 May 2022 outstanding. I have sent numerous emails, multiple watsapps to the same number they have contactiled me from before and tried phoning endless times. They are scammers and they still send promotional emails and watsapps.
