Terry the so call Contractor
Contractor has ****** over R90,000-00 from us. Same old story. Northern Suburb Western cape. He and his girlfriend is working together. She does his advertising. He trades under the following names. It seems every time he *****s money hje changes his business name. Friends from overseas gives him a thumbs up. Rhino Guard Coating & Paints Liquid Rubber Waterproofing. He changed to this name after he took our money in December 2022. Guru Coating Waterproofing Liquid Rubber (& Painters) Guru Contractors - It is in the finishes (think the gumtree no is 1106105890) Liquid Rubber waterproof - Have a leak call 072 970 5661 (Gumtree ad no 1107913906) G C Liquid Rubber Waterproofing & Paint GC Contractor Guru Coatings (Gumtree ad no 1106950809) Liquid Rubber Waterproofing - Roof hav a leak (Gumtree ad no 1103477848) Liquid Rubber Proofing G C Contractors (Gumtree ad no 1107994139) GC Interior Contractors - Terry Schwt (Ad no 1103487262. Using other users photos and info as his own advertising that is done by his girlfriend. The biggest scam artist out there
Terrence Schwartz, AKA, Guru Contractors, SCL Decking, Men at work, SCH Contractors uses Gumtree to operate. His modus-operandi is to get a 70% deposit for the job quoted and then never does the job. Stay away from this man. The police wont do anything because they say what he is doing is not criminal. However, he has done this to so many people in the Northern Suburbs . He did the same to me. The work was for a Pergola and shutters. He started the Pergola after 8 weeks of hounding him and him coming back with every excuse under the sun. The pergola is shocking workmanship and I never got to see the shutters. He used every excuse under the sun as to why I was not getting my pergolas. I threatened him with legal action and eventually he paid me my deposit back 3 months later. Stay away from this man
