The biggest scam artist out there

Terrence Schwartz, AKA, Guru Contractors, SCL Decking, Men at work, SCH Contractors uses Gumtree to operate. His modus-operandi is to get a 70% deposit for the job quoted and then never does the job. Stay away from this man. The police wont do anything because they say what he is doing is not criminal. However, he has done this to so many people in the Northern Suburbs . He did the same to me. The work was for a Pergola and shutters. He started the Pergola after 8 weeks of hounding him and him coming back with every excuse under the sun. The pergola is shocking workmanship and I never got to see the shutters. He used every excuse under the sun as to why I was not getting my pergolas. I threatened him with legal action and eventually he paid me my deposit back 3 months later.
