Non-delivery after a month

Our company has been waiting a month to receive a piece of equipment. We need to test this for an international client and we are still unable to do so. The only communication we have from Schenker is when we contact them and still no delivery. This after paying R11 000. We are amazed at the lack of delivery, when this is what their company does, ship and deliver!
