Poor quality service and no communication

We have been using an attorney from this company (Janice Klasse) for more than two years. She has done absolutely nothing to date. We paid her R6,000 in February last year for an eviction notice, but the people moved out the next day, and the eviction order was canceled. She never gives an update unless we ask for an update, NEVER. She promised to give me a detailed account before using the money, but it has not materialised. She is now not responding to phone calls and emails. I was going to report her to the Legal Practice Council, but according to their Hello Peter reviews (only one stars), it won't help doing it. The only thing I can do now is exposing them for the poor quality services received.
