Excellent service delivery
I have been using Pep Paxi to courier books all over SA for many years. It is a user friendly, cost effective and reliable service. I have never had an issue with them, and will continue to use this service. Thanks Pep!

Disappointing service
I do not understand why a package takes a week "in transit" to be delivered in Cape Town. I sent a package on Friday from Plumstead to Bellville (max an hour away in traffic), and it is still not delivered. Tomorrow is Thursday. I guess it will be delivered by Friday? Seven days!

Harassing their client
I am trying to close an old credit card account for my daughter. She is regularly out of the country for business, and asked me to call the bank to close her account. They are charging her a R25 every month. She paid R100 now and again, but then they call her again. I called them this morning, but they refused to close it because I do not have authority. She must now send me authorisation to close the account. In the meantime, they are charging another R25 and calling her three or four times a day! For R25! This is harassment!

Unacceptable service
The service that we receive from Vumatel is bad. I logged a call with Vox (service provider) on Friday the 27th December. They could not solve the problem on Saturday, and made an appointment for today at 12md. Nope! They sent an email at 11.30 from a noreply email address and (not giving a reason, postponed the appointment to tomorrow the 31sts! This is December school holidays and everyone depends on wifi, but they don't care. Will they accept 3/4 monthly subscription? No, they will not, because they know that we depend on the service. They forget that we have options in the industry

Disappointing experience
I usually enjoy using this app. Unfortunately, sometimes (more often lately) I can not use the app. A month or so ago, I updated to the latest version but it does not appear to help.

Roadprotect sent me an invoice with an additional penalty for a car disc that was not due to be renewed. After I made the payment, i discovered the disc only expires at the end of November. When I asked them to cancel the renewal, no-one responded to my emails. They knew that it could be renewed within two month of the expiry date. So they waited until the first day of October, renewed it, and told me that it is already paid and can not be reversed. Please be careful with this company. They can also not pickup vehicle fines, so it is basically useless. They were previously able to do that. Now, we have a renewal disc for two months that was already paid for. I canceled my subscription with them. It is not a good feeling when you can not trust a service provider.

Poor quality service and no communication
We have been using an attorney from this company (Janice Klasse) for more than two years. She has done absolutely nothing to date. We paid her R6,000 in February last year for an eviction notice, but the people moved out the next day, and the eviction order was canceled. She never gives an update unless we ask for an update, NEVER. She promised to give me a detailed account before using the money, but it has not materialised. She is now not responding to phone calls and emails. I was going to report her to the Legal Practice Council, but according to their Hello Peter reviews (only one stars), it won't help doing it. The only thing I can do now is exposing them for the poor quality services received.

Excellent cost effective service received
I have been using this company for a while. He upgraded my computer, and it did not cost my much. He provides additional services eg. online computer support, web design and many more. The owner, Steven is very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely make use of him in future.

Excellent roof repairs done
We have had repairs to our roof done for leaks about three or four times in the last 14 years. Every time it does not last, the same areas leak a short while after the repairs were done. Then I Googled for another roof repair company. I discovered Kashif who was absolutely amazing. They redid the whole roof with waterproofing where all the rust spots were. Then they painted it. He sent pictures throughout this process. They were on time every day and cleaned up every day. We had two weeks of heavy rains recently, and there are no leaks anywhere. I definitely recommend Kashif for your roof repairs.
