Customer support is zero. I bought a waplte router which is almost R2000. My client didn't collect it so I asked scoop for a credit but they wanted to charge me 15% handling fee so I declined and said I will come pick it up. Then covid hit and I couldn't collect. Now that I want my unit back, they seem to had lost it and I have to carry the loss. Leon Cloete - you have no customer relations. I do not know how you ended up becoming the manager. At scoop, customer comes last! Profits comes first! I'm opening an account at Miro.
