I have uber benefit, but can't activate it. I have sent Discovery an email requesting to help but no answer. I'm overseas so I can only be contacted by email and have informed them so. They didn't bother to get back to me. Your reference number is 10765271872 .
Need to use my debit card for an airplane ticket, didn't work. Phoned absa support, they couldn't help me. I ended up using my dad's Discovery card to make the purchase. Now I need to make my accommodation purchase, again, the ABSA debit card doesn't work. Even though the limitation has been removed and the card is enabled for international purchases. Frustration upon frustration!
Most *********** insurance broker on the planet. Submitted a claim, AON never informed Old Mutual, costing me time and money to get the claim through. AON just shrugs their shoulders and refuse to take responsibility. Now, I need to submit a separate claim and AON doesn't get back to me, again!!! AON only wants your money, when it comes to service, you are on your own!
Busy sorting out a R50 voucher that didn't work for 6 months and they still haven't come back to me. MTN support is poor!
I can't retrieve my statements. I've emailed ABSA, contacted them, logged a fault 2 weeks ago. No once comes back to me or gives me an update. And I still can't retrieve my statement. So frustrating!
One doesn't know where one stands with this company Teamviewer. First they have ********* business practises by selling a lifetime license to their clients, then changing their business model, then forcing the lifetime license clients to start paying a monthly fee otherwise they will terminate the remote service. Stay away from Teamviewer, any person looking for remote assistance software, use Anydesk!
Stay away from this company!!! I booked a hotel and it clearly says on their website paying page "We price match. Find it for less, and we'll match it!" I did find the exact same booking at another place and sent them the screenshots which they rep****, "no we can't price match it because the other place is running an offer." Agoda.com are being dishonest with their booking policies just to get bookings.
Signed up 2 weeks ago. Had a parcel picked up 12 days ago, still not delivered. Very poor service!
Took my Audi Q7 in at Audi Somerset West for a free campaign software update. After they struggled for 4 days for the update to complete my car now has a DPF warning sign which it didn't have before and my car won't start. Quote is R70 000 re repair and I don't have that money to repair. How am I suppose to get my car back? Audi never informed that should the update complete and a fault is find with the hardware that the car won't run or that the amount to fix it would be R70 000. Just terrible service from a luxury car brand.
Going to Egypt tomorrow and I paid my Travel agency through Nedbank $3020 and they only received $2965. I logged this case 2 weeks ago with Nedbank to sort out and still nothing. This already spoils my holiday.
