I ordered 3 big mag medium meal,2 Double quarter with cheese regular meal, 2 medium chilli cheese fries on the scoot app at about 11:10 am today and paid R481.30 via debit card, I waited for long to get my meal and received a call from 0212011155 and spoke to a lady who told me that Mac Donald had system issues and apologized and asked for extra 15 minutes, I agreed and finally when the order arrived one meal was missing and driver even confirmed that the order is not complete, I tried to call and complain on the app but I did not get the an answer or reply from scoot. I am very annoyed as this is not the first time I get incomplete order.
