Scootplett gives no service

I purchased a 200 cc SYM Blaze from Scootplett in Aprill 2022. The bike was taken for a service on 1 August 2022 and again on 20 November 2023. As I was not happy with the service I was getting at Scootplett, I took my bike to Muddy Offroads in Plettenberg Bay today. I was informed that the bike's oil had never been changed, nor has the air filter.

Please keep in mind that after I bought the bike I was overseas for a long period and it only has 1221 kilometers on it.

I honestly feel that Scootplett is doing damage to the SYM brand as it is a good bike.
