On Tuesday 03 February 2025 I've requested maintenance at the Unit I reside in at Scottsdene Kraaifontein called Gabriel Court, ref.no. 912671551 and 912671537 as per my son they responded to the request on the 04 February 2025 between 11:00 and 12:00, they went upstairs to the Unit above mine and came back and told my son they'll be back the next day, well today is Friday 06 February 2025 and they haven't pitched up, the blocked drain is unhealthy so is the leakage I've had trouble with before but they never took it seriously, the water is leaking through the light switch in the kitchen and still nothing has been done.
