On Tuesday 03 February 2025 I've requested maintenance at the Unit I reside in at Scottsdene Kraaifontein called Gabriel Court, ref.no. **********51 and **********37 as per my son they responded to the request on the 04 February 2025 between 11:00 and 12:00, they went upstairs to the Unit above mine and came back and told my son they'll be back the next day, well today is Friday 06 February 2025 and they haven't pitched up, the blocked drain is unhealthy so is the leakage I've had trouble with before but they never took it seriously, the water is leaking through the light switch in the kitchen and still nothing has been done.

Today I've tried to get help for a medical condition which is painful and since 08:00 haven't received any help, I came from nightshift duty and while waiting for assistance fell asleep and missed the second call after I submitted pics of the second medical condition, although they said I have the received 3 calls my phone directory reflects only 2 calls so they are lying, they should have directed me or advised me to go to a doctor but to no avail, I am disappointed at all of you, I am a Security officer
As a customer of this bank it's trying to make life difficult just safe money, I am talking about the fact that we could have access our accounts outside and get a 1-3 month statement at an ATM but they took that privilege away from us, now we need to do it inside the bank, what if I need after hours and isn't in possession of a smart, they only think about their needs and it's to safe money but not the people they work for, I'm so disappointed and angry at this position they took regarding us, STOP being selfish.
What the lady also didn't even think to help although I sent her my documents she just told me that's not my department, so why is any of their details on the internet, customer service is bad
I've submitted my claim on the 26July2024 but they didn't respond to the claim as of yet looks there is no one working there
