UNHAPPY CUSTOMER SCP RADIOLOGY CAPE GATE

I recently need an MRI Scan at Cape Gate and received Good service. My Medical does not cover the full amount and I had to settle the balance. I enquired to pay the amount in monthly installments, as I am Retired. My wife has Dementia & Alzheimer's as well as polymyositis Therefore, my financial position is restricted. I made an offer to pay AND am WILLING to pay the agreed amount in monthly installments. After many emails, I was informed that I Have to the Monthly amount which they think is right. Surely in the economically challenging situation that we experience in SA. I am willing to pay my account as I have Many other accounts to settle. I am been treated unkindly and without much dignity.
