Quote for a total repair but does a partial repair

I recently interacted with this company to do some repairs on my vehicle. I found them on the internet and they were apparently part of Glasfit (division) which is reputable company. I called and asked them for a quote and was told to send pics of the damage. I sent three photos, two of the vehicle's right hand side front bumperf (side view and front view), and one of the right front fender. I received a quote which explicitly used the words that it was for the \total damage". The quote seemed good in comparison to other quotes I has received and I proceeded to make a booking.
