They rep**** to my online enquiry within an hour. They scheduled an inspection for the same day and i had the report emailed to me within the same day. They communicated well and gave me updates every step of the way. They are professional and efficient. I’m so impressed with the service i received. I received great value for money and i would highly recommend them to anyone buying a pre-owned vehicle.

They rep**** to my online enquiry within an hour. They scheduled an inspection for the same day and i had the report emailed to me within the same day. They communicated well and gave me updates every step of the way. They are professional and efficient. I’m so impressed with the service i received. I received great value for money and i would highly recommend them to anyone buying a pre-owned vehicle.

Do not trust this company and their assessments of vehicles
Would never recommend this company to anyone R500k mistake thanks their service. They checked a vehicle in Durban for me. As soon as the car arrived in Port Elizabeth I noticed issues. Their report raised no flags. In short, car had been in two previous accidents which is noticeable to the eye , paint colour variations and bodywork misalignment. Over and above that, the issues where endless, on board computer system not working correctly, reverse camera not working, parking sensors faulty etc etc - So far R20k or repairs which an additional R70k to follow. Being the great company they are, they just washed their hands of my case after brining this all to their attention. I am not sitting in a dispute with the ***** dealership - Emerald Auto

Formidable Service!
Absolutely love their service! I booked their service 4 times before finding the right vehicle for me. They were always on time, handled all communication with the seller, and incredibly quick with their turnaround time. Would 100% recommend them to anyone buying a vehicle, whether private or through a dealer. If I could give 6 stars I would!

I would 100% recommend this service, especially to females. It's very great and gives an assurance of safety when buying pre-owned vehicles from dealers or privately. Just got my lovely vehicle with no stress whether I made a good choice or not. The prices are very reasonable!

Excellent quality service
My experience with Screan has been very good. The team was able to set up an appointment with the dealership withing an hour after I completed the payment. The appointment took place first thing the next morning and I received my inspection report with outstanding quality images of both interior and exterior of the vehicle, including images of the service book etc. before midday. I am very impressed with the service provided by Brendon Koekemoer from Screan, he has done an excellent job.

Excellent quality service
My experience with Screan has been very good. The team was able to set up an appointment with the dealership withing an hour after I completed the payment.
