Angry customer

I have been waiting for a settlement letter from this company for three weeks now after sending them a POP. I called in to enquire about the letter, such poor and disgusting customer service received from Karabelo, she is ***********. I was kept on hold while she was laughing and chatting with her colleagues, I was still not assisted.
