SDK needs to train there stuff to do honest and do there jobs
I called in and was greeted by the most rude, uneducated person. I could not even talk to her; she didn't understand English, I asked for a manager I wasn't put on mute. And heard the agent speaking to another agent, then a lady named Bonolo Motseki, if that's even her name, who was rude and ill-mannered and refused to provide me with her employee ID or code for me to make sure she was the manager I have a full call recording on my end. She is the rudest person I have ever spoken to her reasoning for not sending us the bill for over a year is that the FNB system is offline 2mins after she raised her voice and cut the call, I got a typed-out email, NOT an invoice from FNB saying that two different amounts

POOR SERVICE FROM MARILYN

POOR SERVICE FROM MARILYN

FNB Business - SDK Attorney's
Big ups die Absa Business Bank, I called the business banker explained to him that I am unable to pay accumulating bank charges due to non business activities, they approved and wrote the amount of and advise me that i am welcome to contact them for a new business account should things work out, NOT FNB business, they handed me over to SDK Attorney's Bloemfontein for a smaller amount then Absa, when i spoke to the admin clerk from SDK it appeared that they know more then the FNB business consultant who when I ask for any outstanding amounts on the business account said there is none and offered to open up a new business account which I declined. It was a struggle overall settling all my other personal accounts with FNB the double standards and incompetence is on another lever. One would imagine governmental departments, but no FNB is right there on top!!!!! Now you search for the attorney's numbers 0514921517, dololo SDK, however adamant that I must pay, I will not have any dealings with FNB ever, Absa is my preferred BANK!

SDK Attoneys are targetting people threaten them to blacklist them in Bloemfontein
This people have being harassing me for two week now after my Business account from FNB was tranferred to them, I paid outstanding amount to close the account but now I am the one getting emails and sms claiming that I owe them. I have sent them Proof of payment twice already and I have called them twice and they have same answer every time they will look into it.

FNB Business account
They are very good at running after you when you don't pay arrears, but the ignorance they have thereafter is on another level. They may consider upgrading their service, it's not professional at all.

Not registered with LPC under Symington De Kok Attorneys
If you go and search on the legal practice council website you can not even find these attorneys registered with the legal practice council. Can not verify their FFC Certificate because they are not registered under Symington De Kok attorneys.

If you go and search on the legal practice council website you can not even find these attorneys registered with the legal practice council. Can not verify their FFC Certificate because they are not registered under Symington De Kok attorneys.

I have been waiting for a settlement letter from this company for three weeks now after sending them a POP. I called in to enquire about the letter, such poor and disgusting customer service received from Karabelo, she is ***********. I was kept on hold while she was laughing and chatting with her colleagues, I was still not assisted.

Same snake; different skin
This is the same snake with a different skin and should be beheaded. They are down there with the likes of MBD and other out-houses who collect debt that does not exist. Thankfully, they have put me off doing business with FNB for the next 500 centuries.
