False promotions - promising items you can buy for R1 if you order for certain amount - showing you before you pay for the order that you are getting your R1 items - after they receive payment the R1 items are not included in your order anymore. When you contact the help centre to complain you get a reply back that you did not meet the criteria or threshold to be able to claim your R1 items. You can keep on explaining to them - show them proof of what was promised to you and all they do is letting you go in circles to different people explaining to each person the same story over and over to get the same answer. You did not meet the threshold total
If you go and search on the legal practice council website you can not even find these attorneys registered with the legal practice council. Can not verify their FFC Certificate because they are not registered under Symington De Kok attorneys.
June 2022 I Have send my first communication email to the Masters office in PTA. I added a few email addresses to the email because I was not sure who to contact in connection with a will that has been dormant from 2008 and was registered at the PTA office. Never received a reply email from any of the email addresses. I emailed again about a month later to the same email addresses and more email addresses. And I kept on emailing adding more email addresses higher up in the ranks. I started getting some replies when I started adding news paper email addresses to the list. In October 2022 I finally got the right person who is handling the estate. So know I have a contact person and contact details. Finally I thought we are getting some where. I was thinking totally wrong. It took from June 2022 until October 2022 and lots of emails to get to the right contact person. Even adding the provincial heads of the department onto the emailing list. And off course they are all non responsive. The contact person was also having the same kind of disease. Non responsiveness. A reply on one email can take up to a month. I have even included the president hotline email address. Guess what? They also have the same disease of non responsiveness. April 2023 and still had no reply from the president hotline on my complaints. End November 2022 the file was finally pulled from the archives. Almost six months later. I thought finally now we can get somewhere with the winding up of the estate at least. Thought wrong again. January 2023 we where still standing at the same status of not getting anywhere fast. Still struggling to get a new representative registered so that we can get to a point to start to finalize and wind up the estate that has been lying dormant since 2008. 15 years is a very long time. By end January 2023 I realized it is a losing battle. There is just no help. All you hit is walls. Then another wall. Then another wall. So I stopped communicating after sending almost 400 emails since June 2022. I guess the file went back to the archive department where it can rot now. I have really tried to get that estate winded up and finalized. But for some odd reason the PTA Masters office think it is better for the estate to keep lying dormant in there archives. Who can fight against a system that does not care?
We have placed a order with Leroy Merlin online on 21 March 2023. Paid the order online including delivery fees. On the website it showed that the order was split in three. Two external companies and Leroy Merlin. The two external companies orders came with notifications off the orders before the due dates that was given on the website. Leroy Merlin part of the order showed due 24 March 2023. 24 March 2023, Friday, came and went and no delivery took place. 25 March 2023, Saterday, came and went and no delivery. 27 March 2023, Monday, no notification off any kind from Leroy Merlin on why the order has not been delivered. The website still shows delivery date as 24 March 2023. 28 March 2023, Teusday Reply on email sent to inquire about the order. Phoned the branch and spoke to Nkateko she will phone me back in 7 minutes. She did not phone back. Phoned her again an hour later. They could still not give any answers on what is happening to the order or where the order is. They are waiting for reply from the courier services. They will phone back in 30 minutes An SMS was sent 13:45 Still busy tracking your order number am waiting for feedback from our courier service. Phoned again, 14:02 Still no answers on what is going on. Received a SMS at 14:47 Hi I have escalate your oder to department manager because now the courier they are not giving straight answer, she confirmed that she will call you. No one phoned me back. Monday, 16:43, received an SMS Great news! Your Leroy Merlin order [LMG001254724] has been collected by our courier. nscg.live/mc2v 4 April 2023, Tuesday. Two weeks after order has been placed and paid and we waiting day after day like fools for a delivery and after a lot of fighting and phone calls the order was delivered without the item that was out of stock. No explanation on why the order took so long, why no one could answer me on where the parcel was. Just a note to say we have credit available in the store. The credit amount is the amount of the item that was out of stock. No sorry for the inconvenience.
<p>From the start go, when we bought the steed 5 cash, there was problems. After we were told there is nothing wrong with the vehicle, only one owner, we discovered from the second day of usage there is a lot of problems and that the vehicle went through AA and got a road worthy with all the problems. With each visit, about every second week since we bought the vehicle in July/august, the engine was washed. Now we see why. Oil leaks every where on the engin. I wont recommend anyone to go and buy a GMW vehicle. </p>
