I HAVE A MOTOR WARRANTY ON MY AUDI A6 FROM FEBUARY 2024 AND IN NOVEMBER I HAD An ISSUE WITH MY GEARBOX. THE CAR WAS TOWED TO ASTROSERVE (BOSCH)BOKSBURG FOR THE PAST THREE WEEKS THE ASSESER OR CLAIMS HAS NOT GIVEN ME ANY FEEDBACK OR WHAT IS THE CURRENT SITUATION WITH MY CAR. WHEN I BEEN TO BOSCH THE MANAGER SAYS HE HAS EMAILED ALL DOCUMENTATION AND THE PERSON HANDLING THE CLAIM simangeleh FROM CLAIMS WITH EMAIL simangeleh@tihsa.co.za DOES NOT RESPOND OR COMUNICATE HE HAS TO CONSTANTLY CALL AND EMAIL THEM WITH NO JOY. THIS PERSON DISREGARDS A CUSTOMER AND SIMPLY DOESNT CARE. AUTO AND GENERAL EMPLOYES STAFF LIKE THIS TO MESS THEIR CLENTS ARROUND. I AM EXTREAMELY OUTRAGED BY THE LEVEL OF SERVICE I AM RECEIVING .
