SDS Protection bought our previous security company in March 24. We had camera monitoring on our profile which they could not do, but continued to bill us from March to July. I did then request a refund for the incorrect billing which they send a credit note for, but since then (again three months later) nothing has been refunded. During this period, just after we cancelled the offsite monitoring we had an armend ******* which they did not respond to, not even came out. SDS Protection has been a bad experience and is not to be trusted as a security partner at all and I would not recommend them.
