Incompetence

Pathetic! Shocking customer service, with unhelpless staff. I have booked in on the 13th May 2019 For the 29 December 2019 and I’ve selected an option for paying later, but three days later they deducted money from my account without my permission and that wasn’t our agreement. I then cancelled my booking yet I haven’t got my money back.

I called them as soon as i realised that they took money from my account and they took ages to pick up,eventually a lady called Sinenhlanhla picked up and she was not of help, Telling me that the lady in finance is off sick and she cannot help me.

I want my money back!????????????
