I made a reservation with Sea Star Lodge in Gansbaai on 3 June via Booking.com. Terms stated free cancelation before 16 June. I paid 50% deposit when I booked. I canceled the reservation on 9 June. It is now 3 September and I still have not received my refund. The establishment tells me Booking.com must refund me, and Booking.com tell me the establishment must refund me. Unacceptable from both sides.
