frustrated customer due to unhygenic condition

I visited Seabelles restaurant in La Mercy. Whilst endulging in my meal i noticed a cockroach fall of the table on to the floor. i over looked the cockroach, and whilst continuing to enjoy my meal almost half way through the meal i noticed a cooked in fly in my food, it was a very big ugly fly. i immediately started puking on noticing what i had almost eaten. On calling the manager Niresh to my table, informing him of what was found in my meal,his only response was that it was normal to have cockroaches and flies in food, and i shouldnt make a issue out of it. The waiter Shireen thereafter approached the table, very arrogantly stating that i must shut my mouth and get out of the restaurant. There were a whole lot of customers in the restaurant , which made me feel humiliated , degraded. As i stood up to leave the restaurant, Shireen and Niresh kept saying shut up and get out, which was extremely unproffesional. this matter could of been resolved in a more amicable way, however the waiter and managers theory was that it is normal to consume these disgusting flies. i immediately emailed the owner Tony of the incident , to date he has not contacted me or responded to me email.
