POOR SERVICE. POOR COMMUNICATION. Last correspondence from Seabrook Forward and Handling received on 19 August 2019. I have followed up on numerous occasions, with no luck. My Toyota Yaris was supposed to arrive from South Africa in New Zealand during the first week of October 2019. Nobody replies. Every time I deal with a different person. Shaheed, Josh, Keegan, Daniel ... Who is in charge? Is there a problem with the shipment? When can I expect my car to arrive in New Zealand? Do not use this company to ship your vehicle!!!
