I am afraid that I cannot give a review any better than this. We moved over to Seacom about 2-3 months ago with our business, but has since been down or had issues at least 3 times. The latest is being totally out of internet for 3 days. The feedback is poor to say the least - when they do come back they only say they escalated it - but there is no real urgency or proper timeline feedback

Business (Colcab CPT) Fiber broke on 27/09/2025, and the call was logged. It is now 06/10/2025, more than a week, and we are still without internet. All that needs to happen is for the Fiber to be spliced. This incompetence is beyond my understanding. If you value your business internet connection, I advise you to stay far away from SeaCom

Every time our ISP Accelerit goes down they say you’re at fault. Every freaking month! Dear Valued Customers, Please note that we are aware of the connection being down between Western Cape and Kwa-Zulu-Natal, this is due to Seacom being down, the matter is being investigated. Issue Desc: Connection Down. Update: Seacom Investigating. Seacom is currently investigating the matter. Updates will be provided as soon as possible. After sitting on hold to this company at their Johannesburg number for over 20 minutes, I requested to be transferred to Billing. The company proceeded to hang up on me. I called again, only to be kept on hold for 30 minutes. I then gave up. Obviously this company is not in operation. If it is it certainly has NO SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL!!!!!!! BTW I was first in line for 25 of the last 30 minutes

We have a fibre line with Seacom. Today at noon we logged a ticket as we lost connection to the internet. We had a reply asking us to reboot our router (which we had already done but duly did again) and have not had any response since. We have called numerous times (the call cuts off before it even rings) and have followed up with emails. So far we have not heard a thing and are still without internet connectivity!

We have cancelled our service. They continue to bill us every month despite sending numerous emails and calling both contact numbers for Cape Town. I don't know what else to do get a response and action on our request. How does a business operate like this?

This Company has given us the most shocking service!! We signed up with them in November and they have been charging us and we were not even connected!!! I have asked a Manager to call me for the last 3 weeks.... When you call their cape town office number no one answers BUT they will always email you when they need payment. Now that they owe me money... no one calls back! Most Shocking Company Service Ever!
