I am afraid that I cannot give a review any better than this. We moved over to Seacom about 2-3 months ago with our business, but has since been down or had issues at least 3 times. The latest is being totally out of internet for 3 days. The feedback is poor to say the least - when they do come back they only say they escalated it - but there is no real urgency or proper timeline feedback
Very unhappy with service of the Woodlands branch. My son handed phone in on 11 March. Asked them to check stock of batteries which they confirmed and confirmed his phone should be ready same day...which was same news given to him on the 9th. Now 2.5 weeks later, 5 follow up visits and numerous calls later they are still waiting for stock. Got emails initially stating there was delay of about 3 days. My son was also asked to give his apple password over the phone. Overall extremely bad experience.
