I log a case at 17:30 on the 12th May and 2 hours later if I didn't ask but I did and I received a message we are resolving the issue. An hour so 3 hours in total still no feedback I asked again and the response I got back was, they have escalated this issue to Metro Fibre. If I don't ask for an update I wouldn't receive one.
