The support services from this company is non existent. They don’t have any sense of urgency in assisting. Considering connectivity is such an important element when working from home, you would expect to at least be treated with some urgency! Terrible, I am cancelling my subscription immediately. Have reverted to LTE backup for now after being down for 4 days and still down! Bought a new router for nothing as well.
