Worst ISP I've ever dealt with

I wish I could give this company 0 stars, the customer service is TERRIBLE. You have to speak to a bot to get through to a real person, which could take hours. And when you eventually do get through, the customer service guys are not helpful at all and try and pin the blame on the customer every chance they get.

If you take one thing away from this review please let it be that you should NEVER EVER consider choosing Wondernet as your ISP, honestly what a ****ty customer service department.
