After sitting on hold to this company at their Johannesburg number for over 20 minutes, I requested to be transferred to Billing. The company proceeded to hang up on me. I called again, only to be kept on hold for 30 minutes. I then gave up. Obviously this company is not in operation. If it is it certainly has NO SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL!!!!!!! BTW I was first in line for 25 of the last 30 minutes
