Never use Sean Allison Plumbers!!!
Worst experience!! Complete rip off- sent an exorbitant account for doing very little other than ripping apart the tiles in my bathroom and leaving it in that state!! My bath mixer also vanished leaving a large hole in the wall
When I questioned the insane account I was screamed at, threatened and sworn at!!! I then started receiving threatening Whatsapp messages.
Completely revolting and unprofessional, unethical service.

01 Sept 2021, 12:40Just for the record ,we were called out to sort out a pressure problem in the bathroom .The bath mixer was about 10-20 years old .The pipes were removed in front of you and you could see there was a fortune of dirt coming out .[Burst pipe in area].As discussed with you we would charge an hourly rate plus materials .The Taps were replaced and the pressure was restored .Regarding the false claim of stealing the old Bath taps are completely false .The taps are very old and are useless to me .Your partner [Jan] was asked on site what he wanted with all the old Taps/rubble and he asked if we could everything .We have always gone out every day to try make an honest living .So please ,rather get your facts correct before accusing someone of been dishonest .We spent about 3 hours sorting out the problem .If you were not happy at any stage ,you could have stopped us .I dont appreciate your comments .

01 Sept 2021, 12:54Firstly I made it very clear when you sent quote that I was not happy paying per hour.
After a long guilt trip and coercion we agreed to a fee of R2000 which I paid upfront.
Then a few days later when you returned to the property to fix the leak you didn't actually fix in the first place, I receive an account for R7000. No logical person would pay this for a plumber to fix a simple leak.
The plumber who came out to fix the mess you created advised that the w\"work" you did was not worth more than R1000!!!
I was not at the property when you did the work and hence that is a lie that I saw you remove pipes etc. I requested my bath mixer which you claim was the cause of the leak (which the second plumber advised is impossible) - be returned to me which you conveniently never responded to.
When I queried the absurd account I received I was bombarded with threatening swearing phonecalls and messages..
Disgusting behaviour. I would strongly advise no one ever utilizes your company as they will greatly regret it.
