I’ve been with Vodacom for years. I managed to get a great Black Friday special a couple years ago and needed to upgrade. Michalin at Vodacom was fantastic. He worked like crazy to get me a tailor made package that was perfect for me!
Worst experience!! Complete rip off- sent an exorbitant account for doing very little other than ripping apart the tiles in my bathroom and leaving it in that state!! My bath mixer also vanished leaving a large hole in the wall When I questioned the insane account I was screamed at, threatened and sworn at!!! I then started receiving threatening Whatsapp messages. Completely revolting and unprofessional, unethical service.
<p>I lodged a claim with ABSA in March for a leaking geyser - the geyser was repaired immediately and Digicall contacted me regarding the damage to the wall and ceiling in the bathroom and toilet. Equation construction came out on the 2nd April to do the repairs. I did not notice till a few days later that they had not replaced the copper rail in the shower and called them. After a few weeks of no results I phoned again and had a long quarrel with them basically accusing me of lying about a railing in a house I have lived in for 30 years. Finally they sent someone out about three weeks ago to replace the railing. It fell off the same day. I again phoned them several times and to date they have not returned to replace the railing.</p>
